This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we deliver our CRM, SaaS products, and other digital services (“Services”) to you.
All our products and services, including Ananta Labs CRM and other SaaS-based solutions, are digital in nature.
No physical shipping is required for our products.
Once your payment is successfully processed via Razorpay or any other payment gateway, you will receive:
An account activation email within 1–24 hours.
Login credentials and onboarding details (if applicable).
Access to dashboards, portals, or purchased features.
For CRM and SaaS services, access is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation.
You can log in using the credentials sent to your registered email ID.

If the payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:
Razorpay will automatically refund the amount within 5–7 business days.

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with:
Order ID
Invoice
Subscription details
