Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Anant Labs, we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. However, due to the nature of our digital products, SaaS services, and CRM subscriptions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows:


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your CRM or SaaS subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


2. Refund Policy

Since our services are digital productswe do not offer refunds once a subscription or service has been purchased, except in the following cases:

  • If you were wrongfully charged due to a billing error.

  • If the same payment was charged multiple times.

For all approved refunds:

  • The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used through Razorpay.


3. Failed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, Razorpay automatically refunds it within 5–7 working days.

  • If you don’t receive a refund within this period, contact Razorpay Support or our customer service.
