✅ Key Responsibilities
Develop backend components, APIs, and microservices using Node.js and related frameworks.
Build efficient, reusable, and secure backend services for web and mobile applications.
Integrate databases, manage data pipelines, and develop RESTful services.
Collaborate with UI/UX and frontend developers to build cohesive systems.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Implement caching strategies, performance optimizations, and data security measures.
Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and peer code reviews.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across staging and production environments.
Use tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience working with Node.js in production.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
Solid experience with Express.js, REST API development, and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Working knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, and basic CI/CD tools.
Ability to write unit tests, perform automated testing, and debug issues efficiently.
Understanding of API security, JWT, OAuth, and data protection principles.
Experience in handling performance issues and optimizing backend systems.
💡 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GraphQL, NestJS, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub.
Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
