Key Responsibilities for Business Development Executive

  • Research and identify new business leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other B2B portals.
  • Reach out to prospects through cold emailing, messaging, and video calls.
  • Present Ananta Labs’ capabilities and create customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather insights, scope projects, and prepare accurate quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report progress through CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Track project status and ensure timely communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications for Business Development Executive

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, client servicing, or business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with software development services, SaaS platforms, and modern tech stacks.
  • Proficient in proposal writing, cost estimation, and negotiations.
  • Experience with online freelancing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and a team player with a knack for problem-solving.
